RETAINED EXECUTIVE SEARCH
For Professional Roles with Compensation of $200K+
Fees = 25% of Anticipated First Year Total Compensation

1/3 upon presentation of 1st Slate of candidates; (client can anticipate multiple candidate slates)

Final Fee: 1/3 Billed upon Signed Offer Letter
Candidates will continue to be sourced, evaluated, and presented until a Finalist Candidate signs an Offer Letter
CONTAINED EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Hybrid Search (Combination of Contingency + Retainer) For Professional Roles up to $199k
Fees = 25% of Anticipated First Year Total Compensation
Fee Schedule:

1/3 due at contract signing

1/3 billed upon presentation of first candidate slate (client can anticipate multiple candidate slates)

1/3 billed upon Candidate Signed Offer Letter

FRACTIONAL RECRUITING
Short-term recruiting expertise, candidate sourcing and candidate presentation often for multiple hires of the same/similar role,(s), or when seeking to build a specific talent pipeline, or even just to fill one position. This equates to Executive Recruiting expertise with the focus of a dedicated, ‘internal’ recruiter. Think of us as your outsourced Head of Talent Acquisition, temporarily. You receive executive-level recruiting expertise exactly when you need it—at a fraction of the cost of a full-time recruiting executive or multiple retained search engagements.
Fee Schedule: Pricing is negotiable and payable via a flat monthly retainer rather than a percentage of the candidate's compensation. Employers pay only for a recruiter's time, expertise, and recruiting infrastructure, on a temporary basis.
